Why a Doula?

Birth is a beautiful experience, for all involved! It can also be a time of stress and anxiety, with all of the decisions one has to make, both before and during labor. A trained doula can help advise you in a way that will help you achieve the birth experience you and your loved one are seeking. During labor, they can be your advocate, mental, physical, and spiritual support, respite for birth partner, and so much more.
